As a neuropsychologist and life coach, I am an expert in how the brain influences behavior - and how we can gain more control over our brains to improve our SELVES and our LIVES. 

Applying what we know from neuroscience and the psychology of emotional and behavioral change, via the action-oriented techniques of coaching, I help clients achieve goals, increase well-being and create more meaningful and fulfilling lives.

In my coaching practice, I am committed to using evidence based practice to help clients achieve positive and lasting changes in their lives.
